Sungha Jung, Korean fingerstyle guitar prodigy, performed at the Seoul Jazz Music Festival on May 15. One of the songs he played was BIGBANG's "Haru Haru".
As an introduction to the song, he said, "The next song is one that you all know well. It's "Haru Haru" by BIGBANG. I'm a huge BIGBANG fan, particularly of G-Dragon. On the day that I listened to it, I wanted to try to play in on guitar and I've applied a simple arrangement on the song."
Here's an audio recording of his perfomance plus his introduction to the song:
And an older video of him playing Haru Haru:
Sungha (born September 2, 1996) is the self-taught guitarist who plays with no tabs (yes, and so no sheets!). His pieces range in many genres from rock, pop to classical. Sungha's performed in many countries like Germany, Thailand, Finland, USA and of course his home country, South Korea.
Watch his other videos at his Youtube channel and be utterly impressed. He has done acoustic guitar arrangements to various songs including those by U2, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and The Beatles.
Audio rips for your listening pleasure: ^^
